No lock-in. Webgrow Care is a completely flexible subscription. You can cancel the service from your payment profile anytime, with just a few clicks. The period you've already paid for will run according to your plan terms.
Webgrow Care is a monthly subscription started with a bank card, which you pay for until you cancel. The system automatically deducts the monthly fee each month through a reliable payment provider; we don't store your card details.
Of course, we issue an invoice for every monthly fee that complies with Hungarian regulations. We send it electronically, and you can deduct it as a business expense.
Your website will continue to work, but the continuous maintenance behind it stops. Without updates, monitoring, security checks, and backups, risk grows: your site becomes easier to breach, and errors become more likely.
Basically, WordPress admin access and hosting control panel access. If needed, we also request FTP and phpMyAdmin access.
We can help you identify your hosting provider. However, you have the contract with the hosting provider — they won't give us sensitive information. Once you get the new access, we'll take over the technical tasks.
If all necessary access is available and your subscription is active, we typically take over your website within one business day.
Maintenance includes any task that keeps your existing website secure, stable, and up-to-date. We consider custom development any request involving new features or major changes — we provide separate project quotes for those.
We have an SLA (Service Level Agreement). You'll find the detailed current SLA terms in our Terms of Service.
Yes, we always make a backup before updates. This backup is kept for one week by default.
We work primarily through a ticket system. You can always email support@webgrow.hu. We don't accept bug reports or change requests by phone.
