Our client was the Hungarian Pentecostal Church, who took marketing seriously and had high-quality films and branding produced. They approached us, Webgrow Full Service Digital Marketing Agency, to develop a website and execute social media campaigns worthy of that standard. The joint campaign was ultimately so successful that before the planned 5-week period ended, all apartments except the largest one were sold — so fast that builders could barely finish them in time.

of web development later, the apartments became visible on the website — from the floor plan selector to the nursery sub-menu pages to the blog. The well-conceived, thoroughly planned, and perfectly executed concept was so successful that all apartments except one were sold within 5 weeks.

Our Client and Target Audience

In Kaposvár, Ruhagár Lakópark (formerly a clothing factory) has been owned by the Hungarian Pentecostal Church since early 2019. The multi-story factory building with nearly 7,000 sqm of usable floor area now operates as a human services center. According to the Church’s vision, Ruhagár Lakópark provides a home for services including the MPE Care Home, the Életút Apartment House, the Kerekerdő Family Nursery, and the Csemetekert Family Nursery.

Ruhagár Lakópark’s main target audience includes both the elderly and families. On one hand, they sought to provide a solution alongside the care home for those who wish to maintain their independent lifestyle while living in a safe, supportive environment during their retirement years. On the other hand, through their family nurseries, they aim to provide quality service for families who value having their children cared for by professionals representing Christian values.

Challenges and Goals

At the start of our collaboration, we saw that the client understood and took marketing seriously — they had high-quality films and branding produced, and they entrusted us with website development and social media campaign execution to match that standard. The goal was to sell the apartments straight from the drawing board.

The main challenge was to create a social media advertising strategy that motivates the target audience to make contact.

During web development, we also had to ensure we created a website appearance that perfectly satisfies our client’s wishes while lending a modern style.

Summary of the challenges we had to overcome:

  • Our client can sell the apartments within just a few weeks.
  • For this, we launched Facebook campaigns with two different goals. One was newsletter sign-ups, the other was registering for personal viewings. During the campaigns, we explored various topics relevant to the target audience, building a separate landing page for each with an embedded topic-specific video. Through newsletters, we explored similar topics and tried to convert as many subscribers into contacts as possible.

Despite the challenges (or perhaps because of them), our strategy’s motto became: perfect the website and social media campaigns in record time so that we satisfy 100% of both the client’s and the target audience’s needs!

From Dream to Reality — Custom Developments Were Born!

The custom-designed mockups quickly became tangible. We brought to life everything that visitors couldn’t yet see in its entirety.

MPE Care Home

The newly built senior care wing reflects the most modern designs of today. In addition to quality social services, spacious, well-equipped residential rooms are available. Residents’ peace and comfort are ensured by a landscaped courtyard, lounges, community spaces, and rooms equipped with nurse call systems. The sub-menu’s purpose was to capture the everyday moments of life in the care home and provide insight into its features. We found it important to mention the location, programs, meals, and application options.

Életút Apartment House

They sought to provide a solution alongside the care home for those who wish to maintain their independent lifestyle while living in a safe, supportive environment during their retirement years. Based on this concept, the Életút Apartment House was born in 2021, initially with 13 retirement apartments. Due to demand, the developer continues to expand the apartment house, which will ultimately contain nearly 35 units upon project completion. In the sub-menu, we presented the completed project and compared it with the care home so everyone can understand the differences.

Kerekerdő Family Nursery

The family nursery provides quality service for families who value having their children cared for by professionals representing Christian values. We found it important to present the safe, loving atmosphere that provides security for young children — the Kerekerdő Family Nursery. The menu item includes basic nursery services, photos, and application options.

Csemetekert Family Nursery

We equipped this sub-page with features similar to the Kerekerdő Family Nursery sub-menu.
